Known for her creativity and commitment to excellence, Amy has established herself as a key figure in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Through her work at The Boatshed, Amy contributes to our longstanding reputation for excellence and innovation, ensuring guests enjoy memorable moments that keep them coming back for more.
A centrepiece of the restaurant is its stunning, two-metre long flame grill, which adds a sense of theatre as guests observe the cooking of the restaurant’s signature dry-aged steaks. With a commitment to fresh, local and seasonal produce, the selection of quality steaks is complemented by a variety of mainstays, with something to suit everyone’s tastes.
At Regatta Hotel we proudly boast a wide selection of 33 draught beers, 3 ciders on tap and 1 spirit, through the largest service point throughout the hotel, our Main Bar. We favour the international finds, including American craft beers like Brooklyn Lager, to premium drops such as Heineken, Peroni and Kirin.
Located outside on the quaint sidewalk, lies our River Road Cafe. Open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, River Road Café offers a relaxed dining experience right on the river.
